Hannah Benet
off-ice conditioning, strength, flexibility
Hannah Benet began skating at the age of two and went on to compete at the junior national level in both singles and pairs. Hannah is an alumni of the UC Berkeley Cal Figure Skating Team where she also competed at the intercollegiate level. A seasoned coach with three years of competitive gymnastics under her belt, Hannah has nearly a decade of coaching both recreational and competitive gymnastics where she specialized in recruitment and curriculum development for gymnasts slated for competitive team tracks. In 2020 she reconnected with the skating world and started training figure skaters all over the country. She now specializes in spinner training, strength, flexibility, endurance, off ice jumps and more.
As someone who loves coaching Hannah is a firm believer that the strength, confidence, and work ethic that students develop as athletes will translate into tools they can utilize on any path they choose. Working with skaters of all ages and aspirations, whether a competitive figure skater with dreams of going to the Olympics or or a recreational skater who loves the feeling of gliding on the ice, building strength off ice will help you accomplish your figure skating goals.
